The following individuals play critical leadership roles in maintaining Ultra Group of Companies at the forefront of the industry:

Nick Damani - President & Chairman

Mr. Damani co-founded Ultra Group of Companies in 1991 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. Prior to founding Ultra Group, he spent years as sought-after management consultant in the areas of marketing and information services.

For the past 20 years, he has served as a valuable contributor to the successful growth of the industry. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Amusement Machine Operators Association
 (GAMOA), which is the largest trade association for amusement machines in the state of Georgia. He is a prominent industry advocate and is actively involved with GAMOA, GACS, and NACS, as well as other industry-related associations.

Nick is strategically involved in international tourism development in India and Central America. He was awarded the honor of inclusion in the 2001-2002 LEXINGTON'S WHO'S WHO REGISTRY of Executives and Professionals. He acts as chairman of the charitable Damani Foundation, overseeing many strategic projects in the developing world.

Nadiya Damani - Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Damani co-founded Ultra Group of Companies and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Ultra Group, Ms. Damani was appointed as the chief systems engineer for The Home Depot. Before joining The Home Depot, she provided consulting support to numerous top-tier world-class companies including IBM, NYNEX, NCR,
and CDC.

She is actively involved with GAMOA, GACS, NACS and other industry-related associations.

Ms. Damani holds her Masters degree in Information Systems, and an MBA in finance. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and manages Ultra Groups Real Estate portfolio that includes hotels, condos, and land development. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and serves on the commercial Board.

Over the past two decades, she has been the recipient of numerous WHO'S WHO awards including Cambridge's 2006 Strategic Leader and Professional, Biltmore's 2007 Leadership and Achievement, and Strathmore's 2012 Heritage Award for her contributions in Amusement Gaming Services. She is a member of VISTAGE, which is the largest international CEO-member organization in the world. She is also a certified consultant with Birkman, and a nationally recognized speaker.

Nadiya co-founded the Damani Foundation and actively oversees many of its strategic projects in the developing world, a subject in which she is passionately interested. She also serves as a member of the National Center for Family Philanthropy.

Dennis Fountain - General Manager

Mr. Fountain joined Ultra Group of Companies in 2007 and has played a vital role in the companys success. He brings over twenty-five years of financial and administrative management experience with Fortune 500 companies and fast-growth technology start-ups, including Ryder System, UPS, USF & G Insurance, and Coalition America.

Mr. Fountains key leadership roles include strategic planning, continuous process improvement, human resource management, and customer/operations support.

He holds a degree in management from the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University.

Eric Cowart, USMC Ret. - Chief Audit Officer

Mr. Cowart joined Ultra Group in 2000 as Payphone Service Department Manager. His role has since evolved to Amusement Machine Service Manager, and most recently, to Chief Audit Officer. In his current role, he contributes by performing analysis and monitoring the performance, the payout percentages, and the game mix on all redemption machines for maximum profitability.

He oversees all procedures to ensure the highest quality control standards in the industry by all personnel in contact with customers, staff, and vendors.
He continuously improves the customer support processes, optimizes the hardware performance, ensures password security, and prevents or minimizes loss.

His prior experience includes rewiring control panels, repairing electronics and manufacturing equipment, and installing pay phones.

Mr. Cowart served honorably in the US Marine Corp. His training included Aviation, Electricity, and Electronics, along with multiple equipment-specific and leadership training courses throughout his tour of duty.
